By using Boost My Bloom, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. The service
Boost My Bloom is a creator discovery platform. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for lawful purposes only.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account.
3. Payments
Paid plans are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the next renewal. Refunds are available per our 14-day money-back guarantee on annual plans.
4. Acceptable use
Do not scrape, resell, reverse-engineer or use Boost My Bloom to send unsolicited communications.
5. Liability
Boost My Bloom is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties, and our liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the rules of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, Geneva, Switzerland. Any dispute shall be exclusively submitted to the ICC Geneva Court, Switzerland.
